REFUND POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Just make sure the item is returned in its original condition and without the previous shipping labels.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
Did you get the wrong size, do you want to exchange your ring for another model, or would you simply prefer a refund?

We accept item exchanges free of charge up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
To return an item, please email us at info@punkgems.com or direct message us on Instagram with your order number and reason for return, and we will guide you through the process.
DO I HAVE TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?
We offer free returns if you use PayPal for your purchase. If you paid with another method, you will be responsible for the return costs.

HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR REFUND?
Depending on the service and the country from which the items are returned, it can take up to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for them to be processed by our returns team.
If your return is marked as delivered, please wait; our returns team will contact you by email once your refund has been processed.
